Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Exchange Policy

PRODUCT EXCHANGES within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery in case of any defect exchange. We do not accept cancellations 8 hours after an order has been placed. (Since all orders are manufactured on demand specially for your order - we do not allow cancellation once the order is printed)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Your first order is covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not Satisfied with our product. Contact us on our WhatsApp and include your order number to start the process.  

Products can be only Exchanged and they are Non-Returnable (Except for First Time Customer)

*Please note that We will charge Courier Fees (Pickup and delivery Fees) for product replacement/Returns if there is a size issue or Personal Issues, To prevent this from happening please use the size chart provided on the product page.

COD Orders will only be Refunded as Store Credits.

Please Note: Colours may slightly vary depending on your screen brightness and Colour Profiles.

Note: Full print tees are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

In case a customers cancels the order once it is printed or refuses to accept it, a cancellation fees of 50% of the item value will be charged.

A product is ineligible for exchange if it is done beyond the 7 calendar day period, or if it is used or returned without original packaging. If we receive an inbound shipment for an ineligible exchange, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable and an additional service fee may be charged. If you send an unauthorized in-bound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future.

If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at care@lukuna.com from the email you placed the order with. As a small business, we can not sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 7 calendar days.
